Education Qulification post wise :
Asst. Manager (IT - ERP Technical) Qualification &
Experience: 60% of marks in B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or 60% marks in MCA.
Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certificate preferable. Minimum of 2 years
post qualification experience in Technical design and developments in Oracle
EBS R12 Applications.
Asst.
Manager (Refractory Maintenance) Qualification & Experience: 60% marks in
BE / B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering. Minimum of 2 years post qualification
experience in refractory area. Should have experience of working in a
manufacturing/ steel plant in the relevant area.
Manager
(Human Resources) Qualification: Degree preferably in Engineering / Physical
Sciences and 2 years Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or
equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management or MA (Personnel
Management & IR) or MSW. Experience: Minimum of 7 years post qualification
experience in relevant area. Knowledge of Telugu and /or Hindi essential.
Degree of Law preferred.
Junior Operative
Trainee (Electrical/Instrumentation): - Electrical Qualification: SSC+ITI
(Electrical) with NAC
Senior Operative
Trainee (Melts/Instrumentation/Pickling Shop): -
Instrumentation Qualification: SSC+ITI (Instrumentation/ Electrical) with NAC
Ladleman
Qualification & Experience: SSC passed or equivalent with minimum 4 years
relevant post qualification experience. Should have experience on minimum 20
Ton or above capacity Ladle operation and maintenance in a reputed Steel Plant.
Preferred: Conversant with Slide gate & Argon purging system preparation
& operation.
